As part of the 15th Festival of Transformation (Przemiany), we presented our body-swap installation at the Centrum Nauki Kopernik w Warszawie, the science center of Warsaw, Poland contributing to an experience designed to be as transformative as the festival itself. Working alongside the festival team, we helped create an environment that invited participants to step beyond their own perspective and engage with others in a deeply embodied way.
This year’s theme, “Empathy: for the naive or the brave?”, explored compassion through a wide-ranging lens—from neuroscience and evolutionary biology to artificial intelligence and ecology. The festival emphasized that meeting the challenges of the future requires expanding our sensitivity not only toward one another, but also toward the ecosystems we are part of.
